Q: What is the advantage of water jet cutting machine?

A :Cold processing, no heat reaction zone. no deformation; stronge cuttling ability, pure water jet can cut soft material, sand waterjet can cut hard material; can cut flammable and explosive objects; cutting precsion is high, edge is neat No secondary processing is required. Waterjet also has the title of universal cutting machine.

Q:How to solve the incision problem of water cutting?

A:The cut of the Q4 water jet is not vertical. It is a narrow upper and oblique. This is due to the physical characteristics of water jet. If the cut requires precise vertical cutting, we provide you with a five-axis dynamic cutting system. Allow the cut to be vertically or at an angled angle.

Q:Is the A5 device easy to operate?

A: Fedjet intelligent waterjet operation is very simple. only need to upload the electronic image file of DXF format to the operating system via USB or networrk. The system will automatically program, and only need to set a few simple parameters, it can automatically complete the cutting operation.
